Choose dishes to taste, served as a Swedish line. Light yogurts with fruit, or a hearty version with eggs and meat. You can have breakfast from 7:30 AM and go on a ski run or a planned walk.

Delicious breakfasts
A collection of local dishes was collected by our chef from all over the Carpathians. There are crispy potato pancakes with white mushrooms and grandmother's banush with brynza and cracklings and modern, such as tartar from Verkhovyna bull.
For connoisseurs of European cuisine, we have first courses, pasta and grilled steaks. For dessert, we treat our guests with baked persimmons.

Light, healthy dishes of fresh salad, cherry tomatoes and cheese variations. We love fish and seafood, so we generously enriched the menu with them. Carpathian trout, sea bass and grilled shrimp. And something exclusive from the chef - mussels in Hutsul style with cheese sauce. It's worth a try!
Fish and vegetarian dishes
We will recommend wine or an author's cocktail for each dish, which will perfectly emphasize its taste. Where else in the Carpathians you can taste Wild Shishka with syrup from spruce cones.
